This 12 Week Power Building Program (Excel Format) is for Intermediate and Advanced Lifters looking to gain strength and size. It will allow you to adjust your weights and track your percentages as you get stronger. This program helped my rugby teammates and I get back to serious training after months, and even year(s) off for some. Everyone got stronger and more muscular and many PRs were hit. Some ran the program a second time and saw similar results, hence the 2.0.
It is preferred that you know the technique for Barbell Front Squat, Barbell Bench Press, and the Barbell Deadlift before attempting this program.
